There are two ways to get support.
one is joining spark teams that can support you on your way.
There is a team for just about everything.
Also create a spark page which will introduce you to more people.
I have an open spark page but you may just invite those with whom you feel comfortable.
Give the social networking part of the site a chance.

Hey! my name is Echo. I've been on this site for a week now and I'm looking for some people that can help me keep motivated.

I injured my back in high school and slowly gained weight since then, and than over a year ago I has a miscarriage and gained a ton of weight while grieving.

I usually stay on track for about a month or so then I start telling myself that I'm too busy to workout, or it will make my back hurt too much, so I stop. I would just like a few friends to tell me to keep going because I lose sight and give up.

Please help me and I will help you in any way that I can.
