Hi Katie, and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! You will quickly learn most of us eat 5 to 6 times a day and 1,200-1,400 is not a bad calorie range either. Get familiar with everything here and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. I read your 1-7 and from that I found you some teams you may be interested in and no you don't have to join any of them, and please don't think I am pushy. Good luck on your journey!!!

Hi my name is Katie. I started out weighing 250 pounds and am now to my current 175 pounds. I am working my way to the finish line to reach my goal weight . I am taking a christian based class on my undereating I had been netting 900 calories. I now eat 3 mealsn and 2 -3 snacks spread out every few hours and net between 1200-1400 calories. I came here from my fitness pal as they were very rude and kept telling me I am starving myself eating 1200-1400 calories . I want to be in a positive enviroment with postive people. I am 5"4 inches tall. I would love friends to help support me in my journey. if you are a positive person I would love to have you on board. I would love some like minded friends. 1. any stay at home mothers 2.christians 3. those who have been through eating disorders and are understanding 4. single parents of kids 5. those who are in there 20-30 year olds I find the young adults to be my biggest motivators 6. those in their 40's since I am two years shy from that myself 7. those who are Grandparents I grew up without any I would love a grandma/ grandfather figure to help encourage me.
