Kettlebell workouts are strength workouts and should be recorded as such. Since they are strength workouts you can not assign a calorie value to the workout.

Hi! Does anyone do the Kathy Smith kettlebell DVD. Love it but not sure how to track it in SparkPeople fitness tracker. Do I count the warm-up and how do I figure out the calories burned.
