Well I decided to do a little update tonight. This is the second day in a row that I've felt good about my diet and exercise. I've gotten in all of my water, too which is a great step up! My diet wasn't exactly perfect today, but its a work in progress.

Right now I'm just about down to 240 again. Then I can put a ::DONE:: next to 240 and a ::CURRENT:: next to 230! Woohoo! I'm so excited. I'm hoping tomorrow is the day. We'll see.

Thank you jibbie! I haven't quit, I've simply stopped posting in this journal because I'm on 3 challenge teams and keeping up with them not only takes up most of my time, but also is much more fun than doing this boring equation.

emoticon Don't quit. That is all that matters. Stay with this no matter how much you release. I've been here four years and I'm not down to my goal, but had I not done this, I'd probably be up at 244# where you are since my starting weight was 214#. I'd have continued to gain. I know you don't want to waste the best years of your life being obese. Men judge women completely by their looks, so work to be as fit and healthy as you possibly can.

I'm very impatiently waiting for the October challenge. Tomorrow I need to get my Wii hooked up in a way that my 11-month-old can't get to it. Felt nauseous earlier today and then noon and on I've had a headache. I think it's because i restarted zoloft, so it should go away soon.
