I AM GOING TO START DOING ZUMBA ON MY XBOX 45 MINUTES AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK. MY GOAL IS 4-5 BUT DEPENDS ON WORK SCHEDULE I DONT KNOW IT NEXT MONTH YET. I WORK FAST FOOD AT MCDONALDS SO ITS HARD TO EXERCISE THE SAME TIME EVERY DAY.
