I also have mobility issues but there is a lot of information about seated aerobic exercise on Spark People. I've been doing this Seated SparkPeople video for the past two months and it's really helped my endurance and range of motion.

Hi, I look at all the places my message could be posted, and it looks like almost all apply to me. I want to lose weight, and my first goal is February 14, 70 lbs. Seems like a lot to lose, but I will work at it. I live a pretty sedentary life, due to osteoarthritis, lumbar and spinal stenosis, and alot more problems. But the doctors encourage me to lose weight and to walk, even if I have to use my walker.

Here I am and excited to get started.
