Welcome to SparkPeople. I know that the teams help with motivation as well as lots of support. Just take it one day at a time. I am glad to meet you.

49 now...Need to stay motivated to work out 3-4x aday. 30lbs over weight. turned an extra bedroom into a gym. I have a spinn bike,different size weights,total gym,treadmill, medicine ball,fitness balls,jump rops.stretch bands,exercise dvds,how to eat/cook healthy cookbooks ect. But not much motivation to exercise.
