I have been on Spark for well over a year, but I just got the book. I feel so much more focused now that I have read the first part of it. I am working on my collage, which I really thought was dorky, but I am enjoying using Pinterest to do it. You have to click around a bunch to get a feel for the site, but don't get frustrated. There are so many resources here! I hope you enjoy it!

Welcome to SparkPeople. I have only been here 3 weeks and I am loving it. Try not to let yourself feel overwhelmed. I have been spending HOURS on the site everyday and am still not 100% accustomed to it but slowly it is all coming together.
