I'm guessing that maybe the fruits and veggies are giving you tummy trouble because your body might not be used to the added fiber in your diet. Take baby steps; try adding a serving of fruit and veggies every week to build up your tolerance to the extra fiber.
Hi, we'll you starting out right baby steps; do the same with exercises. If you can walk just do ten minutes per day until you build up some consistency and keep adding minutes to that. My problem is consistency with exercises. Congrat on the 3 lbs loss and welcome aboard

I see most people are sharing their journey. I have about 160 pounds to lose. I have lost 3 pounds and am setting small goals (10 pounds at a time). So it will give me many times to celebrate. I have a problems with veggies and fruits as they give me trouble with my gut. I also haven't figured out exercise thing yet. glad to be here.
