Hi everyone. I am starting over again too. I am at my highest weight ever and don't want to gain anymore. I started exercising this week and it was hard but I felt great afterwards. This is the first week I had some energy. I know that it will take some time to lose all this weight. I plan on making small weight loss goals instead of looking at the big number I have to lose.
