Chances are, you WILL be sore for at least a day, so you might want to try doing it every other day. Overworking your muscles when they're already sore does more harm than good! Have fun - it's a great workout!

Good luck...I did day 1 level 1 yesterday...I am currently so sore...guess you definitely learn what muscles you don't have when you do that DVD....good luck!!!
