KKMOMMY12, I love your term "eating clean". Really, that's the best way of putting it. If you are not already using it, please make the Nutrition Tracker your BFF. If you can consistently keep your daily numbers for calories, carbs, fat, and protein within the bottom line ranges provided by Sparkpeople, you will achieve unbelievably awesome success.

Then, if you do 30 minutes of cardio and 10 (or less) minutes of strength training 5 days a week, you will eventually end up with jaw-dropping, head-turning results. Guaranteed.

Spark On! (Sparkpeople has boatloads of free cardio and strength videos.)

Thanks so much everyone!!! Today I had a regular meal with my husbands family of ribs/1 tbsp of mashed potatoes and salad. I exercised good portion control. I was soooo tempted to eat more ribs and mash but ate more salad instead. One day at a time:)

I just finished my first week of eating clean and cutting out soda. The second day was hard, but I pushed through! On my way to healthy weight loss and and eating clean:-)
