You might try looking for a recipe here on recipes.sparkpeople.com/home.asp
I do recommend you allow members to post on your Spark Page. It's a great way to make new friends who will leave positive feedback and support.

I'm 32, turning the big 33 tomorrow, weigh about 154 pounds and would like to get back down to about 130. I was at that weight about 3 years ago so I know it can happen. I live in Beavercreek, OH and am originally from Oklahoma. Signed up to run a 5k at King's Island on April 27th, and then hoping to find and run a 10k in the future again. Done a 10k once before and enjoyed it. I would love to have some friends to run with me and train. I'm a very slow runner and have to walk alot, but at least I'm trying. My fiance does run with me at times he's faster than me so he'll push me for a bit, and then take off so he can get more exercise in.

Also, if anyone has a recipe for a very healthy birthday cake / cupcake / something sweet that I can celebrate with tomorrow, please let me know. I love to bake! The leftovers will go with my fiance to his work so I don't eat it all.
