Your SP calorie range is a little higher than most. Often 1200-1550 is the daily range given. Perhaps you entered a slower weekly weight loss goal. Anyway...I imagine eating around 1300-1500 calories daily will better meet your hunger and still meet your nutritional goals as well.

I have noticed that I start to get full right around 1100. Because of my activity level, SP says I should be at consuming 1500-1800. I have been meeting my goal, but I feel like I am stuffing myself. I know I could easily meet that with a few chocolate chip cookies or a cheeseburger, but I figure that's as unhealthy as just not consuming them... Idk... I'm frustrated because I don't want to hinder my progress by not eating enough..
how many calories are you hungry for? and how far is that from your ranges? and how long is recently?
because your body can go through hungrier or not hungrier phases and that's okay. but when you start noticing a consistent inability [and we're not talking 5 or 10 cals here, more in the hundreds] to get the calories your body needs to function, that's when you need to make yourself eat to get there. figure that the 1200 cal minimum is there so that you can get the nutrients you need in. it's possible to get what you need in less, but you generally have to be planning that out either very carefully or with a registered dietitian to make sure you're hitting the vitamins, minerals and macros your body needs. so if you aren't hitting those lower numbers, you have to ask yourself what your body is sacrificing or having to duct tape together instead of fixing it. like if you aren't getting enough fat, then that means that you aren't getting all the nutrients out of the protein, fruits and veggies that you're eating because fat is what lets you access fat soluble vitamins and minerals and what helps make the protein you eat usable to your body. and it's those things that you need to paying attention to and that's what you're likely missing by not eating enough.
Changing to a healthier diet can decrease food cravings, which often appear to be hunger. Also the higher protein and fruit/veggie intake can also bring about a greater feeling of fullness.
All good things when trying to lose weight.
But could be a problem if not taking in enough calories.

So I recently began making changes to the way I eat, more lean meat, fruits, veggies and less eating out. I also began doing P90X and some Zumba. However, I have noticed that my appetite has significantly decreased, and I find myself eating because I have to meet my daily requirement and not because I am hungry. Should I continue to do this or eat only when I'm hungry?
