Have you looked into joining any groups or challenges. Those are very helpful to with motivation and just finding people who share your interests and who you can chat with. Past that motivation is sadly one of those things that just have to come to you. On the other hand, you could do little things to help. Maybe just try and get your 10 minutes of fitness a week and increase that time slowly every week or every other week. Best of Luck to you!

Hi, I'm Jessica and I signed up for this site awhile back but haven't been on. I need to lose weight but find it hard. I have little motivation. I need to lose weight and so far I have cut pop out and drink a lot of water. I have also started taking a multivitamin. I know I need to get off my butt and move but it is easier said than done.
