I have not be able to use them very much this month because I am recovering from total knee replacement. Just take it one day at a time and set small goals. I am glad to meet you.

Hi all well were do I start I'm a 59 year old lady with thyroid problems my weight is out of control it's been suggested to me that I go in a high protein low carb glutton free diet. At the Moment I'm extremely lethargic energy levels at rock bottom.
I started the diet yesterday I'm going for a week of protein only .
