Congratulations!!! I'm sure you're gonna do great. I like to read from people, to get ideas of what works (or doesn't) for them. I constantly tweek my personal program.

I have been with spark people since July 24th. I am down 30 pounds now. I have actually joined a gym. I get there at least 3 xs a week. I have been stuck at 30# for 3 weeks now. I am somewhat frustrated but keep telling myself that at least I am not gaining. I have gone from a size 22 to a size 16. My confidence is starting to come back. I have decided if I blog and keep in touch with others who are working towards the same goal, perhaps I will start losing weight and getting good ideas from all of you. My goal in all of this is to eat the foods I like in moderation so I can lose the weight. The exercising has become addicting. I do notice if I go 3 days without it I could easily keep going with out it though. I work 2 jobs-1 full time and the 2nd job 20 hours and week. I am 52 and find I do get tired with this schedule but am a widow that ended up in the hospital for 1 week and need to work these jobs to pay my medical bills. If anyone has some foods that give me energy that would be great!!!!! Best of luck to us all!!! We have made a great start by just being at this sight!
