I just joined last week and am already seeing results ( I lost 4 lbs.). I'm using my treadmill for exercise almost daily and hope it gets easier! I'd like to get from 20 min to 30+ min a day on the treadmill (3mph). I'm hoping to finally make some fitness goals -- yoga, meditation, dancing! My biggest challenge is cooking. I just don't cook. I've made 2 recipes from the Spark Cookbook (which I really like). So maybe I'll become a new Me! I want to lose around 45 lbs.
