Hi I am Ann and this is my first time being on anything like this. I have finally gotten to the point I really needed help at almost 250 lbs I got a vsg (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) I have lost a total of 18 lbs. and I am only 6 days post op and nervous as all heck. I am so afraid my food addictions and habits are going to over power me. I come from a large italian family and food is our thing. I have made it six days no food tomorrow I start on yogurt and applesauce. I am in it for the long haul and hope to meet a few new friends and get help and support along the way.
