Day 9 and you've lost 14 pounds!?!? That's great! And that's what I keep thinking about too. I used to be able to eat anything and not gain a pound and I can't do that anymore so I just need to stop hahah. Have fun in Vegas!!

You can do it Britt!! I feel the same way. I'm 5'6", usually happiest at 130, and i've got about 10 lbs to lose. I'm going to Vegas at the end of February, so right now that's my motivation :) All i need to think about is how GREAT i'll feel while i'm there at 130...i just think of it whenever i feel like eating away my feelings. It's worked so far, i'm on day 9!

I don't ever weigh myself, I figure it's more about how you feel. But today (day 2 of using this site) I decided I needed to weigh myself to get a starting point. I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life and it sucks. I'm usually comfortable around the145/150 lbs range, and today I'm 176. I'm 5'9 so it isn't that bad, but now I feel like crap. I'm going to Spain in March so between the scale today, and Spain coming up, I really need to kick butt and be healthy. I just hope I can do it by then....
