Great job!!!

I'm just starting out too and am finding my way around this site - i think it's a great tool to stay motivated and keep track of your progress.

Check out my blog I started to tell everyone about my experience.

Ten pounds is a fantastic start. Even better though, is the fact that you have more energy now. You are doing very well.

Judi:

Thanks for answering my message. I know that I can do this as I now have the "want to" as I have lost my first 10 lbs and I have more energy than I have had in a long time. I will look forward to coming to a support group. Thanks for asking and hope we can keep in touch. Thanks again. Anita

Great job on your fitness. The stationary bike is my go-to exercise all winter (I live in Canada and the weather can be severe outdoors).

Although it may not feel easy at first, I can promise you that it does get easier in time. We change our habits bit by bit, and when we have the new healthier versions ingrained, they don't seem as hard anymore.

Good luck on reaching your goals!

I was sick for a time and not able to come to the site. I am now able to start again. I have lost 10 lbs and feeling better but have a long way to go. It seems that I am stuck and the scale just doesn't budge. I am now starting this week to go to the YMCA twice a week. I am doing water exercise and hope to start on some of the machines soon. I am already riding stationary bike 30 mins a day. Also trying to get 10 000 steps each day. I hope that I can be a friend and support to others as I take this journey. I know it won't be easy but I have to try; Looking forward to meeting others who are on that journey too. I am still finding my way around Spark people. I
