Hi, I'm just getting started here, using all the tools available to make this journey successful- not sure how everything works yet but I'm learning! I am going to lose 20+ pounds by summer, 2 pounds a week seems like a good pace. I am also trying to get my fitness levels up, I used to be a runner but got sidelined by cancer and have never really got back to my old self. I miss that! I'm starting slow, eating better first and trying to incorporate exercise, as well as reducing the demands on my time and mental energy that I have lived with for a very long time. I have never done the social media stuff or blogged etc so this is pretty new, bear with me! I love the positivity on this site and hope to share some with others to:-) Hope you all have some happiness today!
