tif we are gonna lose weight even this week and its thursday so these last few days will have us losing a few pounds huh?

ah i think ive just sent a reply to someone else anyway thing is we are gonna loses weight we put it on and we are gonna take it off....i mean we know what to do its a matter of keeping it in the forefront of our thinking specially at vulnerable times ie late night telly time

reading drawing and crocheting is great but it dont lose much weight...so we gotta do stuff outside or indoors so lets keep in touch and be honest with each other and see those numbers on the scales come down..tomorrow ill put my weight on

I'm 32, well over 100 pounds over weight. I've tried just about everything out there with minimal to no success. I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been and I hate it. Wanting a change.

I love to read, draw and crochet.
