Well I finished Week 1! It feels so good to check off each workout!
I really wasn't feeling it today, but I'm happy I stuck it out. It was one of those rare times that I felt better after my workout than when I started it. :)
Has anyone else recently started Insanity?

I've never had the guts to start Insanity, but I'm about halfway through T25 and its fun! Maybe when I'm done I'll have the confidence to roll right into Insanity while my body is still in shock. Keep it up!
I just started Insanity yesterday, completing my Fit Test and feeling good after.
I prepared myself for Insanity by doing Shaun T's 15 Minute "Miracle" Workout on Dr. Oz. I did the workout for about 2 weeks. Before that, I was regularly running 3 miles.
Today I did the Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circut for the first time and it was hard! My body is feeling it (especially in the thighs), but it feels good to know I completed the 40 minute workout. I plan to take a bath later today to help ease the muscle pain and go for it with tomorrow's workout.
For me, it's not about losing weight. It's about toning my body and challenging myself. I'm excited for this journey!
