PASSIONBYLINDA1, did you do a Officical Sparkpeople Bootcamp Challenge? If not, give one of them a try. I swear by 'em....I did ten consecutive month long bootcamps and the results were absolutely phenomenal.

I enrolled in a two week boot camp for the first time and we checked our results today. I lost two pounds an eight inches. Right now, I could care less about the pounds. I'm so excited about the inches! Can't wait for the next boot camp. Until then, I'm going to do my own.
