This is a technical question about tracking... my primary form of exercise is Jazzercise and yoga. Firstly Jazzercise isn't in the system as an option and secondly neither take into consideration that both have strength training as part of the work out. Any suggestions on tracking my workouts? I've thought about breaking out that portion that's strength related but all the fitness tracking for strength is for specific exercises and by the time the work out is over I might have done 15 different hand weight exercises.
Welcome to SparkPeople! On your Start page on the left hand side you will see a section that says My Goals and Progress. The third box down shows pounds lost so far and a red link that says CHANGE GOAL. Click that and you can make your adjustments and then save and you should be good to go.

Hi everyone! I'm new to sparkpeople.com, and I just have a question. When I was signing up, I did it on my iPhone and when they asked for my weight, I guessed because I was not near a scale. I see that I was slightly off.. How can I delete the weight I entered and start fresh? I have tried to look for an edit button, but there doesn't seem to be one. Any info would be helpful.
