In times like this (and others) I find it works to take a few mindful deep breaths taking in calm and releasing stress on the exhale. Then just take steps in the direction I want to go, one step at a time starting with what is right in front of me.
I sense you will be fine, this is pretty normal sounding stress. emoticon

This is not an excuse, what-so-ever, merely LIFE. lol. I have 2 long papers due next week and tons of reading to do for this coming week, and I just have no time for anything else! On top of that, we just had a storm here which makes exiting my apartment scary and unappealing. I think my and my roommate decided to go use our apartments gym later this evening (I really have to get some homework/good portion of at least one paper done). I love working out, but I'm just so stressed lately. On top of that, my deployed boyfriend (Navy) is supposed to call me later so we can skype (haven't gotten to since January) and I really don't want to miss it, but I am so busy with school! I'm confused, lol. I just wanted to vent. Thanks all :)
