Hope you go ahead and make yourself a spark page. We visit each others spark pages and leave messages or just to get to know each other. It is the sure way to dive into the community ( social media) portion of spark people. But the part I like the best are the teams... on anything you can imagine and people interested in the same point of interest or heading in the same direction. check out mine and see what I mean.. My interest is grand children. but you will find tons of teams to fit your needs. Maria

This community looks terrific and I am looking forward to dropping another 14 lbs to 180. began NYE at 206 not 194. H2O really helps. trying to eat the best I can. Kind of blew breakfast this morning, though...
