SparkPeople has so much to offer!! I think the nutrition tracker is the most helpful because it helps to see where your diet can be healthier. I also like the fitness tracker. The best part is the people though because there is always support here whenever you need it.
I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!
