Congratulations! I too am JUST DOING IT after a year and a half of pure frustration due to the scale not budging, even after working out hard for 90 days, two times last year, with only a three pound weight loss both times, I've found what absolutely works for me. Eating five small meals a day. I can literally feel my metablism burning calories now.
Yes! I am just doing it. After procrastinating for long I finally joined a gym and making sure i am working out consistently if cant amke it in morning I go in evening, If icant go at all I work out at home or just go for a walk but Just doing it! Yay!
