Hello and welcome to the Site. The best would be to follow the steps offered to you on the Start page. Spark actually has a step by step beginners guide, and you can earn points for completing every step, which also includes setting up a SparkPage for yourself and other things.

Hello All, I am 41 and have been at my current weight for around 2 years after losing 94lbs. I have decided that losing 10 more pounds will be healthier for my body and get my BMI not so close to the overweight range. I just don't feel like I have much wiggle room. Glad to meet all of you and I have not participated in any forums like this before, so if anyone would help me out with the right things to say it would be great! Thanks.
