In the past year I have lost 40 pounds and have 30 more to go in the next 3-4 months. I seemed to have hit a plateau. I watch my calories, eat an all organic low-fat, high protein diet and workout for at least 40 minutes a day sometimes even doubling my workouts. Any tips out there on how I can lose these last stubborn 30 pounds or how I can jump start my metabolism into high gear? Any suggestions would be great.
