"Don't give up what you want most for what you want now."
Before you binge remember why you started - to be fitter, healthier happier etc. Is it really worth eating that bar of chocolate? If you're actually hungry you'll happily choose a piece of fruit.
If just thinking doesn't help why not distract yourself with something else like painting your nails, doing a quick exercise.

HI ! Im hailey, I have a family of six. Im the only person on a diet at my house and im also a new vegiterian , There eating meat infront of me, chips, icecream. Its so alll adicting. When my parents are goonee i just want to go get some. I know ill say its just one time. Then it keeps going, and ill say last time or last day . I want to be strong. Any ideas to keep my mind off of it ? Does anyone have the same problem?
