I'm joining the many people who make resolutions about losing weight and improving their health, BUT---I'm planning on succeeding! While I'm not overweight, I'm only 19 and looking to drop a few pounds as I start running again. I ran short/middle distance on my high school track team, and now I'm aiming to complete a 5K race in a few months. The cold weather is making this goal a little difficult to achieve, but the dance cardio videos on this site have helped immensely.
