Thank you FERRERLOVER1! I love it but, hoo boy, it is challenging!!! Really, it's amazing that I have "only" gained 15 pounds but it's arranged differently without strength training and regular walking and hiking.

Greetings fellow Sparks! I'm a senior who lives most of the week on an 18 wheeler with my over the road trucker husband.
