Today is my second day. Lunch seems to be my big stumbling block. I try to bring it with me to work, but sometimes we have business lunches, and then it goes right out the window. Today was Mexican and of course I could NOT pass up the burrito. At least I got the small one and it was chicken, no Sour Cream or Quac, so some calories saved there.
Anyway, I think I'm doing good on my water. Made a pitcher of Crystal Light this morning and have drank almost all of it. I usually just sip on Diet Pepsi, and while I know that is a liquid I also know it isn't as good for me as water.
