WELL !.... I should have said " ALMOST jump out of bed " In reality, it took me about a whole hour to kick myself into doing some low- impact aerobics. It was trying..... I also ALMOST gave up, within the 10 mns routine. Thanks to the motivational video today on SparkCoach, (Chris talked of the benefits of small increments of exercise in establishing a routine) I kept on even as I found it difficult to keep the pace. Thanks also to all for the encouraging words . It truly makes a difference ! One tends to say that "misery likes company", but one forgets that success can be shared for the benefit of all!
