I left for a short vacation in San Diego on the 29th. I did some walking and swimming while there but just enjoyed it rather than tracking and counting the minutes. I'm so happy to have met my July goal!

Don;t think I am going to make goal this month-Got stung on the foot by a yellow-jacket and it has been swollen and hurts horribly for the past two days-am soaking it as I type this and than yesterday My Mom went to the hospital. Will hopefully be able to get something in the next couple of days but don;t want to further injure my foot-Hopefully next month will be better!!

My first 5k since surgery 4(!!!) years ago! I am so proud. It took so long to regain stamina....doctors, meds, one step forward, two steps back, etc....but I did it (and will keep doing it)! :D
