W4 D3: 2.75 miles in 56 minutes. Phew! The walk really wiped me out, got dizzy, etc. It may have been caused by all of the the errand running before and after the workout. :-/
Fortunately, week 5 tapers, so the next two walks will be significantly shorter. :)

how to count the workout today? This is my "off" day, but hubby and I planted 15 small trees this morning...early, before it got too hot. Actual time, about 2 hours, but actual bending, stretching, digging, dragging the yard cart...about 45 minutes. Not really cardio, so I think I'll just pass on adding anything for today

2.5 miles in 51 minutes in a new park! =)
It was tooo hot again today. I will definitely bring water next time.
At this speed, I wouldn't be able to finish the 5k in 60 minutes (which is often the cut-off time). I hope I get speedier before the event! :-o
