Doing great this month. Staying with the exercise program I put together for myself. I've lost about 1 pound in 2 weeks, but I think I'm going to start weighing myself on the first of the month only, til I see some results. Weekly is just too many times to really see any results. Food has been good, too, not eating fatty foods, staying full by having a few fruit snacks during the day.
So very un-motivated yesterday! Napped instead of going to the pool, can you believe it? Today will be better!

Week 3 of 5K training done! =D
46 minute walk. It was toooo hot out there. Maybe on the next hot training day I will sleep in my workout clothes and make my breakfast the night before, so as to get outside earlier in the morning. o_o
