I will set my goal at 1000 min again. I did reach that goal in June but July I am on vacation for 4 weeks and away from the gym for 3 weeks!! My routine is out the window and I know I will struggle to do my workout but I will do it.

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for July. A new month that offers us a new opportunity to begin working out and become healthier!!! I am going to drop my goal to 1600 minutes, my daughter and granddaughter arrive today and are here until the 10th!! Will try to get in a few times while they are here but it will be tough ~~Hope to see you all back again for more and how great would it be to see some new folks joining us this month too!!
