I am back and ready for action (thanks to a change in my hormone medication)!
My goal for July is 390 minutes. "Why such an odd number?", you ask. Now that my stamina has returned (thanks, doc!), I am returning to my 5K training. If I do the rest of the training, as well as the 5K itself, then that all adds up to 390 minutes. =) Conveniently, the charity 5K I will be attending is near the end of the month.

P.S. The 5K is to commemorate 4 years since surgery. I am FINALLY close to being a normal person!
