I have a basic juice I ALWAYS make... 1/3 bunch of Kale, 4 carrots, apple, pear, banana, 2 oranges - that's enough for me, my boyfriend & my son.

Not doing a juice fast, but my husband & decided to juice for our breakfast meal this wk. Our favorites so far is carrots, apples & lemon or carrots, celery & lemon. That's what we have in the house!
