I juice once a day to get more nutrients. I don't think I'd be successful with a fast but I like the idea of getting all the vitamins I need! I use 2 cups each of spinach and kale, a cucumber, 4 stalks of celery, an apple or pear and a lemon or lime and it just tastes like a citrus drink to me.
How many of you are "juicers"? I am trying this after watching "Fat, sick and almost Dead" on Netflix. It is an interesting concept. I am not going to fast and juice but I am going to replace at least one meal of day with a juice.
