I juice once a day to get more nutrients. I don't think I'd be successful with a fast but I like the idea of getting all the vitamins I need! I use 2 cups each of spinach and kale, a cucumber, 4 stalks of celery, an apple or pear and a lemon or lime and it just tastes like a citrus drink to me.

I finally watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead, and got pretty choked up a couple times with Phil's story. OMG. How heartbreaking, and what an awesome testimony to proper nutrition.

I am actually beginning to like some of the juices. It takes some time to experiment to find the recipes that you like.

You sould also watch "Hungry for Change"-which is also still on Netflix. Good info!

I've been considering it! I often have a difficult time getting in all my veggies, and don't really want to be nutrient deficient. :)

How many of you are "juicers"? I am trying this after watching "Fat, sick and almost Dead" on Netflix. It is an interesting concept. I am not going to fast and juice but I am going to replace at least one meal of day with a juice.
