I went to google and before I could even type Juice Plus. I got suggestions like Juice Plus Scam and Juice Plus Complaints. That sends up a lot of red flags.
Personally I would take that $45 and buy real vegetables.

Juice Plus's website states that "Juice Plus+ is the next best thing to eating fruits and vegetables". Hmmm. Well, why not just EAT the fruits and vegetables?? I could hardly justify spending the money for a supplement, just so I could avoid doing what's good for my body-- eating nutritious food. Frankly, it's about the silliest thing I've heard in a long time... take a pill, so you can avoid eating food.

I'm not familiar with this particular program, but I think you should check out this article before spending any money at all on any program that claims to improve weight loss:
In general, if you are being provided with something in pill form, it's better to just... eat the thing that's in the pill. Need more fruits and veggies? EAT THEM. Whatever you get in a pill will be far inferior, and more expensive.
And I ask you this: Is this something you want to take for the rest of your life? Is it part of a lifelong healthy lifestyle?
If the answer isn't "yes", don't start.

A friend of mine had recently recommended Juice Plus to me as a supplement to my diet. However, at $45 a month, I'm a little leery. Anyone ever used this? Or have success with it? Or is this just another diet gimmick? Would love your feedback.
