Well, after gaining 30 lbs I decided enough was enough! I've lost it before, but this time I am expecting it to be a little harder. Last time I was very dpressed and unlike a lot of people when I get depressed I don't eat, when I am happy I cant seem to stop eating. Weird, becasue I am a lot more happy than I am depressed. Well My big goal for this week is to kick off my diet and exercise wil losing 5 lbs! After this week I will be looking at losing 1-2 lbs a week! I am just hoping to kick this off with a bang! Wish me luck.. I am off to the park to run/walk for 30min at least.
