Jitterbug uses CDMA, which can be Verizon, but can also be a few other carriers.

I think it can be pricy, with the phone cost and the setup fee.

I do not have one... not enough features for how I use my phone.

I don't have one but I love the commercial. Would not work for me, I live in a rural community.

Does anyone have jitterbug phone service, if so how do you like it? I had bought a consumer celllular phone but the towers were not good in my area, and it dropped calls all the time and then no one could hear me and I'd be talking to no one, so I sent it back, wondered if anyone had a jitterbug phone and how they like it, I heard the towers are verizon and those are the best for my area, but dont' want a verizon phone anymore, too costly.
