My granddaughter and I ate at Jimmy John's tonight, and I had a Pepe's #1, which is ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a white bun. I thought for sure I sabotaged my progress, but was pleasantly surprised when I tracked this and I'm not over in any categories. Of course I can't do this all the time, but I wouldn't want to. I'm drinking my water and will continue to get some more exercise. I hope the scale doesn't scream at me in the morning.
