Okay, you need to 1) click on My Fitness tab, 2) click the "add cardio" tab, 3) click on the BROWSE tab, 4) you will see a drop down list of different things to choose from, 5) select Other Exercises, 6) click on the brownse button and you should see an entire list of different exercises to pick from.

The closest one I think would be the 28 day boot camp challenge from SP the one that goes for 30 minutes. (the total body challenge). It might not be an exact fit, but pretty close to. Hope this helps.
