I'm just finishing the 30 DS today. I took a long time to finish it because I only do it 3 days a week before my ST routine and I felt like taking some extra days on lvl 2 and 3. I still do regular strength training though. I just like the circuit training as a warm up/extra cal burn and I find JM videos a lot of fun. The different levels keep you from getting bored of the same ol' routine.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

It's a step up from 30DS, and that's why I love it. However, I really dislike high reps and light weights so I used 10 pound dumbbells depending on the exercise and just did fewer reps.
Also, I highly recommend Killer Buns & Thighs - BY FAR my favorite.

Has anybody done the ripped in 30 dvd? I just bought it today and i'm going to start my first day tomorrow, I wrote a blog about it as well so if you have done it or have opinions about it you can comment on this post or you can check out my blog and let me know there.
I'm excited, I have seen alot of awesome before and after pictures on google of people who have tried.
